Decanter:

This is the baby of the 3 Miradas family, a village wine from a blend of parcels. Fermented in fino butts and aged in concrete tinajas for eight months. Delicate aromas of fennel and fresh herbs, medium-bodied and supple, with notes of green apple.

 

James Suckling:

Briny nose with hot stones, seaweed, white almonds and a hint of bruised crab apples. Pretty flavorful on the palate with a full body where you will find tangy flavors. Bone-dry and mouthwatering finish with a briny, saline tang. Delicious now.
