The Wine Advocate:

It feels like 2022 is a very good vintage for the Quitanilla vineyard. The sample I tasted from stainless steel of the 2022 Quintanilla feels very harmonious and elegant. It has some spiciness, hints of licorice and ripe berry fruit. It's quite approachable, with fine tannins.

James Suckling:

Aromas of warm stones, iodine, chalk, deep red plums and some cherry ice cream. Dainty on the palate, with a medium to full body and masses of chalky tannins. Quite structured and long. Alcohol is beautifully tucked up. Drink or hold.
