The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Braó was produced with a blend of 87% Cariñena and 13% Garnacha from very old vines—all over 60 years of age—from 14 plots, all owned, in five different locations in La Serra Almos, Els Guiamets, Marçà, Masroig and Cornudella. It was fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in new and second-use barrels for 12 months. It's creamy, velvety, spicy and smoky, with ripe fruit, good ripeness and 15% alcohol but a low pH. It's full-bodied and still quite oaky, with fine-grained tannins and a dry finish with a bitter twist. 10,052 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2022. - Luis Gutiérrez.

Tim Atkin:

Graphite, dark fruits, warm earth and black pepper on the nose; 90% Carinyena and 10% Garnacha from 80 year old vineyards in Montsant. Fresh, ripe and incredibly well balanced, with effortless length and great persistence to the refreshing acidity. 2024-2034
