The Wine Advocate:
The 2017 Languedoc Saint Drezery la 40eme is a 50-50 co-fermented blend of Grenache and Syrah. Completely undestemmed and extracted through traditional pigeage à pied, it's inky in hue yet floral on the nose. It adds blueberry and cherry fruit on the full-bodied palate, which manages to be hugely concentrated but supple, silky and long. Impressive!
