This is so lively, blooming with such purity of red and blue fruit, with hints of fresh violets, savory herbs, white pepper and savory, citrus undertones. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and vibrant with crunchy, very fine tannins and a structured, chalky backbone to it. Crushed stones. So much life and energy here with stunning acidity and a lingering, savory finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
