Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate:

The 2021 Herú was produced with Pinot Noir from granite soils in Casablanca and fermented (with some 35% full clusters) in open tanks and matured for 14 months in 300-liter French oak barrels, 15% of them new. It has 13.5% alcohol and good freshness and acidity, with healthy parameters and a sensation of balance. It has a pale color, a bright ruby red, and an expressive nose of red translucent berries and sweet spices. It's varietal and clean and has a medium body and fine-grained tannins. 9,333 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2023.

James Suckling:

Grilled herbs, berries, orange zest, subtle spices and forest floor. Subtle and expressive on the full-bodied palate with very firm tannins. Good length. Drink now or hold.
