The Wine Advocate:

The young 2021 Microcosmos Rosé Brut Nature is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Monastrell and 10% Garnacha, produced as a brut nature (with two grams of sugar) and disgorged after 24 months in bottle with the lees. It has 11.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.2. It has a pale copper color, a different nose of preserved wild strawberries, mellow acidity and a clean, dry and tasty finish. 17,0000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in December 2023.

James Suckling:

Subtle raspberries, rose petals and some lemony notes. The palate is fresh and lively, with discreet fruit and and an uncomplicated finish. An unusual blend of pinot noir, monastrell and garnatxa. From organically grown grapes.
