Señorío de Rubiós are red wine specialists who make some impressive whites too. This is a well-judged, bottle-aged Albariño that’s deliberately released late, showing some colour development, citrus, toast and wet stone flavours and enough acidity and minerality to drive the finish. 2023-25.
