"The 2007 Gran Reserva Maria Cabane also utilizes the traditional varieties but the wine is kept longer on its lees and features a lower dosage and a more vibrant acid structure. As a result, this mineral-dominated, crisp, dry offering is an outstanding, stylish Cava that comes far closer to justifying its lofty price tag. Drink it over the next 2-3 years".
