The 2021 Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten Spätlese (White Capsule) offers a pure yet intense and concentrated bouquet of perfectly ripe Riesling aromas, lemon juice and crushed slate. Linear, lean and savory on the palate, this is a pure, quite hard and intellectual Würzgarten with a somewhat watery character. 11% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2023.
