Quite minerally and taut on the nose, with a briny oyster touch to the lemon zest and warm stones. Textured and pretty elegant on the palate, with a medium to full body, fresh acidity and a scented finish. Peaches, crushed stones and tarragon loom large in the finish. Gastronomic. Delicious now.
