Decanter:

Lovely fresh thyme and lemon verbena with some green pea and lime aromas. The palate is concentrated with plump lemon, apricot, pineapple and mango. Wonderfully persistent acidity. Shows off the variety's full potential.

Back after a break in 2017, Vintage is the icon wine from the Paco & Lola co-operative. Matured in stainless steel for five years, with 12 months of that on lees, it has a little colour development, a creamy mid-palate, wet stone and sea breeze top notes and a pithy, mineral-rich palate of greengage and lemon zest. 2023-29
