James Suckling:

A super-extreme Pedro Ximenez but effortlessly balanced. This shows fudge, black walnuts, dates, charcoal and prunes with a touch of balsam and oyster sauce. Velvety, bittersweet and unique, it has a thick yet complex finish that lingers. You might find it a bit much, but it deserves contemplation. You don’t even need dessert.
