Límite Sur is a varietal Garnacha from two vineyards at 600 metres on the Monte Yerga. Fermented with 7% whole bunches, it sees a combination of concrete eggs, amphoras and older wood and is remarkably fresh and fruit-driven. Subtle and racy, with some clove and pepper spices, wild mountain herbs and layers of raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry fruit. 2023-28
