The Wine Advocate:

The jammy, primary and fruit-driven 2023 Tío Uco reflects the warm and dry year with its deep color and heady nose, 14.5% alcohol and juicy palate with very primary flavors of sweet berry fruit, a round mouthfeel and abundant, slightly dusty tannins. It's mostly Tinta de Toro and 10% Garnacha from three vineyards in the village of El Pego in Toro that fermented with full clusters and matured in used barrels for four to six months. 25,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2023.

James Suckling:

Plums, blackcurrants, dark cherries, cedar and dark chocolate on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with chalky tannins. Grainy texture with lots of berry character on the palate and hints of chocolate in the chewy finish. 90% tempranillo and 10% garnacha. Drink now.
