Made for ageing, this Txakolí spends 11 months on lees. It’s springtime fresh with cut grass and green apple aromas. There’s real drive and energy to the wine which displays vibrant lemon and impressive concentration on the palate. A tiny bit of reduction adds to the complexity. 2024 - 2025
