The Wine Advocate:

The red 2021 GY is a blend of 65% Malbec and 35% Cabernet Franc that fermented with 50% full clusters (the Malbec was with stems and the Cabernet Franc destemmed) and matured in used 225- and 500-liter oak barrels for 12 months. It has moderate ripeness and alcohol (13%) and very good freshness and is the red where the chalky minerality appears. It's clean, young, fresh and precise. It's medium-bodied, fresh and balanced, with fine-grained tannins. 15,000 bottles and 50 magnums were filled in June 2022.
